I wish I would’ve purchased this at the time I got my original tuft and needle mattress. Finally I’m much more comfortable. I was worried with the new ownership the topper would wreak of chemicals and not be as clean as the mattress. After a week of off gassing I think it’s awesome. ( I’m super sensitive) please keep them certi pure style clean.

Adds softness but the added softness gives you a "sinking in" feeling. Also runs significantly warmer than the mattress, to the point of being uncomfortable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent service, very well made, just too soft for me. My husband has the exact same topper thought and it is perfect for him. Just personal preference on firmness/softness. I returned mine and their customer services and refund was outstanding and prompt.

We really love this topper and it has transformed our too-firm mattress into a comfortable place to sleep that doesn’t give us back and neck pain anymore! The only reason I’m taking away one star is because we’ve had trouble keeping it in place as it slides around a bit on the mattress and the sheets don’t stay tucked in all the way. But honestly I can adjust that and fix it every so often if it means my place to sleep is this much more comfortable!
