I love this topper! Its soft but firm and supports my back which is what I needed because my mattress was way too soft and I woke up with a lot of back pain.

I’m returning it because it’s a little soft. I’m looking for something that is firmer. Also, it needs straps that go on the corner of the mattress because it slides around and doesn’t stay put. I will say that customer service replied promptly when I inquired about returning it and they advised me on how to go about it. I feel like it’s a very trustworthy company but they need to improve upon the design of this particular product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought my Tuft and Needle mattress five years ago, before the option of the Mint mattress was available. At the time of purchase, the mattress was just perfect for me. In five years, my mattress hasn’t changed at all, but I have! The years between age 65 and 70 have left me with a lot more arthritic joints, and I found myself longing for a soft mattress topper, without sacrificing the support of my beloved original mattress. Several expensive experiments and other mattress toppers have been complete failures. I should have known to go directly to a tuft and needle product, as I eventually did! No wonder I’ve turned so many people on to this wonderful company.

Have 2 of these. One on top of new T&N to make it softer, another on top of older hybrid spring coil/latex mattress. Love them both, awesome sleep/comfort in both situations!
