Mattress Protector comes apart

I have been washing this per the instructions but have repeatedly noticed the interior part of the protector coming apart and bunching up. It has gotten so bad you can feel all of these bumps while laying on it. Will replace with another brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We highly recommend reaching out to your original purchasing store and filing a warranty claim so this can be looked at. If your mattress protector is found to be defective and it is still under the 2-year warranty, you should be able to get a replacement. We hope this helps!

I bought this awhile ago. Maybe a year ago now and it’s my favorite mattress protector so far on the market. Protects the mattress from wear and tear, spills and thrills haha AND it’s not noisy!! We just bought a king bed and I will be purchasing another for this new mattress too since it fits up to 14 inch deep mattresses
I would recommend this to a friend!
