This mattress protector works wonderful. I sleep great and I haven't had any issues with moving around during the night and it coming off. The only downside is the crinkle sound of it scares the cats when they sleep on my bed.

This is a must to protect the mattress. It’s not hot and it’s soft

I have been washing this per the instructions but have repeatedly noticed the interior part of the protector coming apart and bunching up. It has gotten so bad you can feel all of these bumps while laying on it. Will replace with another brand.

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to review your mattress protector. We are sorry to hear about the issues you are facing. The issue you are describing does not sound normal. We highly recommend reaching out to your original purchasing store and filing a warranty claim so this can be looked at. If your mattress protector is found to be defective and it is still under the 2-year warranty, you should be able to get a replacement. We hope this helps!

Problematic bunching

I am using this on both my double and my cal-king Tuft and Needle Original mattresses. This protector is thicker than the similar, flexible, waterproof style sold by companies like Tempurpedic, which at first touch seems nice but with use becomes more clearly problematic. The mattress protector is not an exact fit (I don't expect it to be), so it naturally wrinkles and bunches, but at this thickness those wrinkles become architectural and are way too much of a presence when I lay down, especially in my face when I lay on my stomach with my head to the side (they block breathing in annoying but not dangerous ways). Would look for a thiner style, or just give up this waterproof nonsense and go with a flat, thick, quilted cotton style that is thick (and not stretchy) enough so as to lay flat.

We appreciate your review of your Tuft & Needle mattress protector. Your feedback is valuable to us. We manufacture a waterproof protector so that it can serve as an extra means of protection for your mattress. Our goal is to preserve the life of your mattress for as long as possible, and protecting it against liquids helps to do that. The waterproof nature of the protector will make it a bit more crisp than a protector that is not waterproof. But we certainly don't want that to impact your sleep in a negative way. So, we thank you for your feedback, and we will take it into consideration.
