Bought this to soften up our too-firm memory foam mattress, and it made our bed a SAUNA. We live in the deep south, and this mattress topper made our bed so comfortable during our few cold weeks, but as soon as it snapped warm, my husband and I woke up drenched. It was genuinely so comfortable, and I really wanted it to work for us, and luckily Tuft&Needle made it VERY easy to return and receive a refund. Beware - if you're a hot sleeper, look elsewhere!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s a great alternative to buying a brand new mattress. It is a little firmer than I thought it would be, but it’s comfortable and I’m glad that we bought the topper.

The topper had a very nice cover and non-slip backing. However it didn’t feel like memory foam, just regular foam. We woke up with excruciating back pain every night so unfortunately we had to return it and we bought the Tempurpedic instead. I have to say the customer service experience was excellent though and I really wish we’d liked the way the product felt. It seemed very well made. Just not for us.

Honestly I have no complaints! I've tried other mattress toppers that were too soft, but this one is a perfect combination of comfort and firmness. I dont wake up in pain anymore.
