I've been sleeping on this for about a month now. So far, I'm loving it. I had a fairly new but hard mattress by another manufacturer that needed a little softening. This does the trick without making it too soft, like other thicker toppers I've tried. Highly recommend it. I'm a side-sleeper, and it definitely relieves pressure points, especially in my shoulders. For the first time in years, I'm not waking up with aches and pains in my back and shoulders.

I would rate this mattress topper much higher in terms of comfort, but it shimmies around on my mattress under my mattress protector and sheets so I end up with a big pocket that needs to be flattened out every couple of days. That's more than a little frustrating and it makes me wonder what the long term effects on the surface of the mattress will be.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
