It’s perfect! Adds just the right amount of softness! My fiancé never wanted to sleep on the mattress because it was too firm for his back. Now that we have the topper, we’re able to sleep comfortably in our bedroom every night!

Comfortable but moves around quite a bit on top of our king size T&N Mint mattress. So I would say the "non-skid" bottom is a fail. It's also NOT cool - the topper gets much warmer than the Mint mattress does. So conclusion: Mattress is as advertised but very firm. Tuft & Needles solution to that firmness is less than impressive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed... not as much cushion softness as hoped for...

I do appreciate that the topper has no oder (unlike other brands I've tried) but it adds no noticeable softness to our firm mattress. I would not recommend if you are looking to add a cushion of plush to the Tuft and Needle mattress.

Comfortable, has a different feel than normal foam. Supportive, yet has a comfort feel to it. Have slept on it about 6 weeks and seems like a keeper. Also, did not have any bad smell like some foam.
