Good product, but assembly instructions should be included in the box

A very nice product. I was disappointed, however, that written instructions explaining how to assemble it were not included in the box. Instructions are available on the company website, but I wonder how customers who do not have ready access to, or proficiency with, a computer can assemble this properly.

Could use a little firmer mattress. I'm still testing it out for my 100 nights but may request refund if I do not like it. I've had back problems and surgery in the past so want to make sure it does not cause more problems.
