The protector, especially the top, is soft and you can't really tell it's there. My only complaint is that the side parts that tuck down around the mattress corners do make a noise if you jostle it. Definitely not bad enough to go without it since overall I think it will add to the life of the mattress. But enough to occasionally notice it's there.

Have already had some mishaps and the protector has had it easy to clean up the messes without any damage to the mattress.

We love our mattress and pillows. They came fast and the mattress was so easy to set up. The pillows and mattress are the most comfortable thing my husband and I have slept on!

we bought this mattress for 13-year-old daughter and she says is the best night sleep she’s ever had! The delivery was easy, there is no odor whatsoever, the sheets are soft and yummy and when she rolls around and no one else can feel it. We may just buy more for the other beds in the house
