The protector is great, high quality and I like that the fabric matches that of the mattress. It doesn’t fit as snug as I’d like it to - it’s a little loose on the edges so I have to tuck it under the mattress. I wish it had a bit more elasticity around the edges so it could be a bit tighter.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice quality material and clearly waterproof. But it fits loose. I can feel it slipping under the bed sheet. Not worth returning it but it’s not great.

Not truly Waterproof on Five Sides

This mattress protector is not cheap and Tuft and Needle says that it's waterproof on five sides. I suppose that is true, that five sides are waterproof- but if you have a child pee close to an edge, where water can drip on a seam, it will go right through the seam. My daughter likes to sleep on the edge of the bed and multiple times now she has wet the bed too close to/directly on a seam and honestly it is so frustrating, large amounts can go directly through... I bought this protector specifically because it was supposed to be waterproof on five sides and that statement just doesn't really hold up. If I were designing a mattress protector I would have the top and two sides be all one piece/seamless, and then the top and bottom edges/sides be sewn on (the two edges where it would be very unlikely to have accidents).

The mattress cover is EXTREMELY to big for the mattress. Waste of money. Do not purchase. Slides and clumps up under sheets. Have tried to shrink in hot wash water but still does not fit on the mattress good and tight.

I like how thin the mattress protector is and how it didn't seem to trap heat but it made the mattress really stiff and uncomfortable so we returned it.

It feela luxurious but it is thick, which is how a protector should be I guess. But it totally gets in the way of the coolness of the mattress. I couldn't stop sweating with it on the bed so I just took it off completely. Not for me. But if you're a person worried about spills and so forth, and not about heat, then go for it.

The material is plasticated on the side that touches the mattress. Looks like it fits very well to the mattress. However, it Does not cling to the mattress itself very well. Making the sheets bunch up, slip and slide every time you get in and out of the bed. Waste of money.
