Very good quality craftsmanship but very firm bed. It helped with my back aches but my wife hates it due to how firm it is. We ended up adding a memory foam topper to it to give it some softness with support.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had other mattress protectors that didn't work or was noisy. I actually forgot this mattress protector was on the bed when I got a new puppy and he peed and pooped on the bed. Yes on my new bed I was almost in tears when I was pulling off the sheets and then saying the mattress protector and nothing went through absolutely nothing went through I was so so happy. Well worth it

When we first purchased our Tuft and Needle's hybrid mattress it seemed a bit hot. We were still using our mattress cover that had a waterproof layer. It was time to replace it anyway so we purchased Tuft and Needle's mattress cover and that made all the difference.
