I wanted to love this so I didn't have to send it back but it's just blah. I do not wake up with back pain which is great but I sleep terrible. I have been wanting to get used to it but it's been several weeks and I had to buy a mattress quilt and double it up on my side which helped but I don't think we can keep it. it doesnt have quite as much give as I had hoped and so it may be too firm. But again, not uncomfortable.

Could stay a little tighter in the middle. We have a king.

Ordering a Tuft and Needle was hassle free and we definitely appreciate the free removal for the old mattress.
So far the mattress has been great - soft enough for comfort, firm enough for great support.

We are very happy with our mattress. We sleep better than we have in a long time. The process of ordering/delivery were easy. Just an all around good experience.

So far so good, it fits and protects. I chose 7 and not 10 because it doesn't feel that great under the sheets. The feel is reminiscent of my childhood when my mom would put a mattress protector on the bed in case I peed. Kind of slippery underneath. I think some sort of cotton top layer would be a great solution. I think I'll probably put something between the protector and the sheets.

Its great our mattress is being protected, but it makes the mattress not feel as good. Every time I get out of bed it is as if my bed has a diaper on. Its just not as snug of a fit as I had hoped, but still doing the main job of protecting our mattress for longevity.

Extremely comfortable! LOVE the mattress! Also the ease of ordering, quick delivery, easy set-up. The 100-night period to try out is also great. I especially found the online explanations and info simple and easy to understand. One of the best online experiences I've ever had. I was skeptical, I'll admit. My daughter convinced me to try after they'd bought three! I've already given website to 3 friends who've told me they're searching for a mattress.
