The protector changed the soft supple feel of the mattress. I had a feeling like floating on a cloud that had been mitigated by the protector. But at the same time feel I need to protect the mattress. Will probably remove it.

I have loved my Tuft & Needle mattress since night one. Granted my old mattress was pretty bad, but I have slept more comfortably on my new one than I have on any other in a long time. It was incredibly easy to order and set-up, too. And the trail period made it basically risk-free (and way better than trying to pick a mattress by laying on it for 5 minutes in a store with pushy sales people around. Beyond all that, though, the price is excellent!

Love our new mattress! Came right to our front door as talked about. Ordered the spill proof cool mattress cover, it’s great! Other covers always made us hot, this one is great. I have chronic back and neck issues and this mattress is already helping with both. We play professional Pickleball 6 days a week so a great night sleep is very very important. You guys delivered my expectations- such a great experience! Only bummed that you don't sell a California King bed frame to go with my new T&N mattress. Great technology- keep disrupting the industry and moving the needle- pun intended. Great to see you are a top employer in your city as well. Keep up the great work!!
