The mattress and pillows were immediately comfortable and we had a good nights sleep from the first night. It conveniently arrived at our door and was simple to put into place.

Very comfortable, my back pain went away after a few nights.
Not happy with the mattress cover, it doesn't fit as well as it should, it seems to be a little to large and it get rumples in it.
Wondering if I could wash it in warm water and put in the dryer on low heat? The way it was described, I expected it to fit like a glove!

The protector makes it feel like there is a layer of plastic between me and the mattress. I understand that it is challenging to make something that is water proof in addition to flexible and breathable. However, the cover made me sweat and it made my sheets slide around in an uncomfortable manner. The mattress itself is awesome though.
