Too firm for me but a beautiful, well made mattress. This mattress feels like a 7 or 8 on the firmness scale and I need cushion for my hips and shoulders. If you like firm, this is a great mattress for you. Customer service was beyond fabulous; a great company that I will do business with again and will recommend to friends and family.
