When I needed a new bed for my daughter and didn't want to go to the store to get one during the pandemic, I remembered hearing about your company on a podcast. It was as convenient and comfortable as promised! I will never buy a mattress from a brick and mortar store again!

Even after a month+ of breaking in the mattress, I found it to be rather stiff. I noticed my back hurt more while sleeping compared to my old mattress. For the price, I was expecting better.

My husband and I have had this bed for a month and are absolutely in love! We took a chance ordering a tuft and needle mattress after seeing it win a facebook poll competitive to casper and other big mattress names. The mint mattress is the perfect amount of firmness/softness. We sleep so well and my back feels great. The box came quickly and the mattress popped right up. The whole process was so easy I can't recommend Tuft & Needle enough! We are so happy!

First, getting the box inside was a huge challenge for a couple in our 70s with bad backs. If you're doing this I would recommend hiring help! Unfortunately, I fear that the one we got had a problem (it did not rise properly and it sags in the middle). I called Support right away and they said they would send a replacement - but I'm currently waiting on finding someone to help us with it. The folks at Support were great. The mattress itself is very nice - but would be a lot better if it was flatter. We roll to the middle right now. I have bad hips and am able to lie on one side (and could not with our old mattress) - so it's an improvement!
