I love this mattress! I sleep on my side and it provides just the right amount of support in my hips and shoulders for me to sink in yet still feel supported. It doesn’t cool quite as much as I had hoped (I sleep hot) but it isn’t a hot mattress.

This is my second Tuft & Needle mattress. I really love them. Time will tell tho..we’ll see how they hold up, I think they should ask for reviews after 5 years. Right now the ease of purchase is my number one along with the fact that they are SUPER comfortable. I’m over 60, my back or leg or something hurts sometimes ;) this bed helps my body rejuvenate thru the night, I wake up refreshed every time! These beds help me feel human in the morning. AND their customer service ROCKS! Try it, you’ll like it!

I have had the mattress for a month and for the price it is stiffer than I expected and the firmness doesn’t seem to loosen up much. It is a nice mattress otherwise.

With our recent move we decided to upgrade to a king size bed. After extensive research we decided on Tuft and Needle based on the price point, the fact that many reviews we read said that it slept cool, and it seemed like the best “compromise” to meet both my comfort as a stomach sleeper and my husband’s as a back and side sleeper. Initially the mattress was a little firm for my liking but we reached out to Tuft and Needle and they helped us trouble shoot. The customer service is highly responsive and now we’re sleeping more comfortably. I would highly recommend.
