For some reason we are still trying to figure out, this mattress cause major lower back pain for me (male, 6"1, 180lbs). I'm fit, exercise. We've given the mattress over month to see if my body adjusted, this morning was the worst pain. It's only when sleeping on my back, not on the sides. We had the older version at a different house and didn't have this issue. We will be trying a foam topper to offer more support to my lower back/hips to reduce the effort on my lower back muscles. We took a 4 day trip and that "normal" spring bed was much better on my back. I've never had back pain before so this has been concerning.

I am very reluctant to complete the survey. We have the basic tuft and needle at our cabin and I feel that it may be more comfortable then the our mint mattress that was more expensive. Since sleeping on the mint, I have been having more hip pain. The mattress was supposed to be be good for side sleepers as we did research with other brands of mattresses. Just wondering if we will keep, this mattress.

We had the original tuft and needle that we moved to our camper. We upgraded to this mattress . We love it. My husband has back issues and both tuft and needle mattress let him sleep soundly.

I’d give it a 3.5 stars - the mint was delivered as expected, the set up was very easy with an extra pair of hands. It’s been a month now and I don’t feel that it’s as comfortable as I thought it to be. I feel the 11” of foam has the support but really no different than the original feel for the xtra money, a little more padding would have made a difference I feel.
