Perfectly firm! This is a huge improvement over our old coil spring mattress! It isn't hot like other memory form mattresses have been.

While I liked how this mattress felt, I had to return it due to headaches from the off gassing. Even after a month you could smell it when you walked in the room. Gets three stars because customer service and the return process was outstanding!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great mattress. Slightly firmer than I was expecting but I had an extra pillow topper on my last mattress. I’ve considered getting the extra topper Tuft and Needle sells but I’ve been sleeping great! I’m also a back sleeper.
