I bought the Queen size Mint mattress, metal fame, and bed foundation right before I had hip surgery and it has been one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself! The mattress is just slightly firm which gives me great support in all positions and made my recovery a breeze! In fact I loved the bed so much that I bought my Bulldog Charlie the Tuft&Needle dog bed to match... and judging from his sleeping positions he shares my enthusiasm for these great products!

For side sleeping it’s not preferred. Thought it might get easier after breaking it in. But still waking up with slight back pain.
