Second to none customer service And price! Was a little hard at first, they added a topper art no charge and we love it!! Sleep 110% better than before. A different feel from memory foam...a more solid stay in put feel. Very happy!

Love my new Mint mattress, but I favor my Original mattress because it is softer than the Mint. I like the firmer edges on the Mint. I prefer the white instead of the dark cover. I recommend this company to everyone. The product and the service are A+

There are so many mattress brands out there but we did our research and found that Tuft and Needle was in the top 5 of all five different websites. After making our decision to purchase the Mint option we could not be happier. The price point for this bed is very competitive and we both can't believe what a great nights sleep that we get. I cannot say enough good things about this mattress. It arrived in only a couple of days (very fast shipping). It was easy to install with two people. It is heavy, not a light-weight mattress. It definitely keeps you cool (not cold) at night. We'll see if that changes once we hit summer. We do not sink into the mattress. It is very comfortable, no problems readjusting when turning over. We love it! The real test will be to see how it holds up over the next few years. I highly recommend the mattress protector. It does not interfere with the cooling system of the mint mattress. The protector is made of quality material, not cheap plastic and mesh.

Great mattress! I upgraded to this mattress after a 10 year run with my previous mattress. While my previous one was a box spring and felt a little softer this one feels more sturdier. I also sleep like a rock on it so I am very happy.

I love how the Mint mattress holds better shape at the edges while cradling more softly, all with good support. I had the original mattress before moving across the country and decided to upgrade. Very happy with my choice!
