My significant other loves the mattress, I like it, but it is a bit too firm for me; hoping with time it will soften a bit. Arrived in a timely manner and while the shipping box had some damage, the tightly packaged mattress was fine. Instructions to set up were clear and simple. It did have a bit of an odor for the first couple days - putting newly laundered mattress protector and sheets over it helped. So far so good, time will tell if the Mint will stand up for years to come.

Amazing! i've never owned a foam mattress before and had my doubts, but it's honestly the most comfortable mattress i've ever slept on. I sleep on my side and this was a godsend. I also appreciate how beautiful it is without sheets on. The dark gray helps with stains that will inevitably happen throughout its lifetime.

We replaced our (new-ish, complete lemon) mattress with a Tuft & Needle. I kept the prior mattress longer than I should have because I was so irritated it was so awful for as expensive as it was. I've been sleeping much better since our Tuft & Needle arrived. No more waking up with intense back pain. It's supportive for side and back sleepers (my husband and I are thin and average height), doesn't transfer motion, and provides a comfortable night's sleep. I miss "sinking in" to a plush mattress, but the support in this mattress makes up for that. We didn't notice any smell out of the box, and it was decently easy to set up. Oddly, it's several inches longer than our standard-size King box spring. We noticed a small break-in period, but only a few days. One challenge for me was finding a new pillow to properly support my neck and shoulders on the T&N mattress. This wasn't a T&N problem; my old mattress was very different than this one, so it stands to reason the pillow that worked with that one might not be optimal for the T&N. This tip might be helpful to others who initially think the T&N isn't supportive enough or causes pain. Overall, we've been satisfied with this purchase. We've had it about a month now.
