I bought this mattress over other mattresses because it had a high rating for its "cooling" abilities. It's cooling factor doesn't seem to be much better than other mattresses. It's firmer than we would like and therefore will most likely be returning it. If it was amazing at cooling, then we would put up with the fact that it's a bit more firm.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've only had the Mint Mattress for a month but it hasnt lost its shape and is as firm as i was hoping for. I want to give it another month before i really give judgement.

Very comfortable mattress. I order the basic mattress first but had to return it as it was to soft for my comfort. I then ordered the Mint and it is perfect. It is firm but not too firm or as Goldilocks would say "It is just right". I have two XL twin mattress put together to make a king.

A firm mattress in a good way. If you are a side sleeper you might find this mattress too firm and would be better off when original mattress.

Great experience for a comfortable mattress

Purchased this for our daughter's first "big girl" bed. It was easy to open and unroll. It had minimal off-gassing. It looks great. although, I haven't slept on it for a full night, I've laid on it and it feels comfortable. My wife has dosed off getting our daughter to bed and she reports that it is very comfortable. Most importantly, our daughter loves it and is sleeping great.
After trying several mattresses for our master bed and ending up spending $$$$ on a Tempur, I wish we had found Tuft and Needle before. We'd probably have a bit more in the bank.
