Perfect for back pain, it's firm and I wake up with no pain. The T&N pillows are also extremely comfortable. I wasn't sure about them when I first felt them but I sleep so well on them

The mattress is very comfortable, but...we had two issues. First, as we unwrapped the first layer of plastic on the floor, the air seal broke on the inner wrap of plastic and the mattress started filling up with air prematurely. This made it very difficult to get the mattress up on the bed frame given the limited space we had in the bedroom. Second, the mattress still had a strong odor even after 3 days of airing out under a ceiling fan. In fact, it took a good month for the smell to dissipate.

Delivery was prompt and very easy to open the mattress. The mattress itself is very hard, not memoryfoam but very hard. I feel like we are sleeping on a jiggly bowl of Jello. It's been two months and we will be returning the mattress.
