I was so glad to order and receive this mattress because my previous one had gotten so bad that I was having back problems. The order, delivery, and setup all went smoothly. My only complaint is that I'm not feeling the cooling feature of this mattress at all. Maybe it'll kick in more in the summer.

Overall excellent mattress, however still not quite soft enough for those who like plush mattresses. For those in the middle and firmer range, the mattress sleeps very well. I am pleased!
Pros: support, comfort, quality of construction, doesn't wake your partner up if you have to get up in the middle of the night
Cons: HEAVY, maybe not best for soft mattress sleepers

Really like mattress. It arrived looking like the delivery people took it rock climbing and used it as a sled to get down the mountain, but inside it was perfect. It was easy enough to unpack with 2 people - might be a bit heavy for one person. Sleeps good for now, I tend to go to sleep and not move until the morning now. The spouse says hips and back don't hurt as badly now.
It's more firm, but not so firm I feel like its a rock.

Initially the mattress was more on the plush side but, after a month it had become to a perfect firmness. My husband has Ank Spondylitis, so choosing a mattress was tricky. But, this Mint Mattress was the perfect one for us..!!
