Easy to set-up, expanded to expected height. It's comfortable for both of us, 6'2" over 300lbs and 5'4" under 150lbs; mattress does not transfer movement when we change positions.

We tried other bed in a box like purple, ghostbed, leesa, casper, but liked this bed the most out of all of them. It can’t compete with the higher end foam mattresses like tempurpedic, but in this price range nothing beats it.

Initially took getting used to because of our previous saggy mattress. Back pain ceased after the first night, but as a side sleeper, couldn't adjust to the firmness. Customer service was OUTSTANDING, answering my plea for help the same day I submitted it. Suggested a topper which they sent gratis. That solved the problem. Love the company, service, product and most of all being able to sleep without pain.

Great mattress, but a bit firmer than i expected. In my case, better to be firmer than not. It may be the cause to my 4-star rating (instead of the 5) is me. Great customer service though. Keep it up!
