This mattress is very firm. I woke up sore and stiff every morning. Tuft & Needle has excellent customer service and return policy.

Mattress was way too hard. Lots of movement transfer when partner turned over. No give when you lay down. We returned it.

When first received it felt very firm. Tuft & Needle recommended I used their topper. Which I did. It took about 1 month to get used the firmness. Over time it has become “plusher” and comfortable. It’s stable, and I am sleeping quite well. I do recommend this bed

I think it’s a good mattress. Seems nice quality especially for price. I feel it is/expands a tiny bit bigger than full size and takes more effort to fit bed sheets on when changing sheets.

We had our pillow top mattress and box spring for 15 years. A few years ago we went to the showroom in Seattle and tested out some of the beds. Hesitation on a bed in a box stuck with us for 2 years. Those were two years we slept on an old worn out mattress and could have been sleeping well on a Tuft & Needle mattress. We decided to go with the mint model and are so happy with our decision. It’s been a month that we’ve been sleeping on the bed and we have zero regrets. In fact, we can’t wait to replace the rest of the mattresses in our house with these because the comfort is amazing. We opted to get the box frame too and love the height it gives us on the bed frame as we didn’t want the mattress just to sit on the bed frame as it would be so low.
