I bought this mattress because of a chronic back problem. My physical therapist suggested that a new mattress might help - and it has! The Mint is comfortable, supportive, not too soft or too hard. The first time I tried it I thought it was going to be too soft, but that has not been a problem. No funny smell (as many reviews of other mattresses complained of) 6 hours after unrolling it. And my back problem has improved! The only reason I've given it 4 stars instead of 5, is that it barely fits my platform bed. It's a bit too long, so it's difficult to make the bed. I've had 2 other mattresses that fit just fine, so I know it's not the platform. Otherwise this was a good purchase.

It has good back support since it is firm. But it’s not a super cozy mattress. Maybe it’s a little too on the firm side. Which some may like. I hope it gets softer as time goes by. What disappointed me was I remember reading that this material has a cooling feature. I spent more money and bought the mint mattress in hopes i would get a cooling mattress. I actually get very hot while lying on this mattress. Disappointed in that aspect for sure.

Unfortunately I have to request a refund for this mattress. Combined with the way I sleep, this mattress caused me to have severe thoracic muscle spasms every morning, sometimes lasting well into the day. The topper they sent for free didn't help; it moves while you sleep on it and if you're an edge sleeper like me, well, let's just say that the topper wasn't helpful.

I’m giving this a 5 star review because I did like it, but unfortunately my wife thought it was too hard. We returned it and the process was easy and the customer service was polite and understanding. Highly recommend.
