The mattress is very comfortable but it has a lingering slight chemical smell. I've gotten quite a few of their slightly cheaper mattresses and they don't have the odor but they are a little harder. Also one of the corners is a little crooked.

Arrived very promptly. The bed is a lot softer than I thought it would be but hoping I will get more used to it. Almost feels like entire thing is memory foam.

We have been sleeping on a mattress for 30 years and finally decided to change it. So many options! I knew that just lying on a mattress for 10 minutes would not really tell me how I would feel after 8 hours. After researching online, I came across this company. Their 5 star reviews and return policy made me feel comfortable taking a chance on this one and I'm so glad I did! My husband and I LOVE sleeping on this mattress. We feel like we are in a high end hotel every night. And, their customer service is amazing. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I've been sleeping on the mattress for 4 weeks. It has a weird chemical smell that I thought would be gone by now. It also doesn't sleep "cool" as advertised. I have another 70 days to decide about keeping it.
