It was easy to set up. While it did some odor, I let it set open for a couple of nights, and it was fine after that. It has great isolation of movement, so I no longer wake my spouse with my frequent night ventures to the bathroom. Would prefer it to be a bit softer, one shoulder still gets a bit sore if I sleep on that side all night otherwise it is very good.

Excellent mattress. Perfect support for a 220# / 72 year old male. The mattress outgassing was almost nonexistent as we were able to sleep on the mattress the same day we received it. The Customer service was really fantastic. Quick to respond to errors /mistakes caused by the shipping carrier.

I wish the edge was firmer, I have fallen out of bed a few times when rolled to close to the edge. The pillow ended up being too firm for both my husband and I, hurt our necks.

This is my second Mint Queen. I thought my guests should have a mattress as good as the master. So far, no divots, canoes, etc. I like the firmness. I have a lot of arthritis in my back and hips and this still gives me enough cushioning.I feel I am sleeping on the bed, not enveloped as in my previous memory foam.
