The pillows smell awful, even after a couple of weeks of off-gassing. I tried to sleep on one but the odor gave me an asthma attack. Can't be safe to be inhaling for 8 hours. Mattress good so far, we expect to keep it.

The firmness of the mattress has made a few nights more restless than I’m used to. Not sure if there is anything that can be done about that at this point but open to suggestions.

Easy delivery and setup. It is soft, but still supportive. Such a comfortable bed! The pillows are just what I've been looking for and it helps they were free. They are not too thick and support my neck and head comfortably.

I love the thickness of the mattress, really makes use of all the different layers so wonderfully. Also the offgassing smell is greatly reduced compared to other mattresses which I was worried about.
