The delivery, customer service, and quality of the mattress are very high! I think foam mattresses must be too soft for me, because after about 2 months, I started waking up with severe lower back pain. I thought maybe I was rolling onto my stomach, but I have the pain when I'm sleeping on my side or back as well. I believe I need a firmer mattress.
I also got very hot in this mattress and didn't find the cooling layer of the mint version that helpful. I have central air and keep the temperature around 74 degrees at night, but I woke up sweating several nights.
I called to have the mattress returned, and the customer service line was very accommodating and helpful. This mattress may work for others, but it isn't ideal for me.

Like the mattress, although it didn't inflate to the full size. There is a good amount of extra material on the mattress, looking like it should expand more.

We bought this mattress for our son, and he loves it! We have ourselves slept on it a few times, and it's super comfortable and cool. It's firm enough not to sink in but also cradles you sufficiently. The only reason for the 4 starts is that I wish the edges would provide more support.

Great price, nice quality, fast shipping. I wish it was softer as i am a side sleeper. It does well but not as soft as I was hoping for. Only slight pressure points. Overall I am pretty happy still debating if I like it enough to keep it but the price is the reason why.

If you are looking for a firm mattress this is not the one for you. It also states it keeps you cool which is incorrect. I’m not happy with this mattress at all.
