Awesome mattress, all beds in my house are now Tuft and Needle.
The mattress is medium firmness to me, soft enough for that comfortable feel but firm enough so the you don’t feel like you are sinking through the mattress.
I bought online, very easy. Unboxing was not too difficult and opening on the frame was easy to unroll and let expand.
There was no chemical odor at all. I put a cover and sheets etc. on and used it that night.

Buy a different mattress

I had previously bought and liked the original T&N mattress, so when I moved I thought I'd try this one. Do not waste your money.
The first three nights I had it, I ended up with extreme back pain. I assumed it was aches and pains from moving boxes. A few weeks later (so plenty of time for the mattress to be broken in), my boyfriend came to visit for a week. By the end of the week, he was in constant back pain. The first night back in his own bed: instant improvement. I don't often review products. It's fine but it's like sleeping on a brick. It is less expensive to buy bricks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best mattress ever!

We found this amazing mattress at an Airbnb container home we stayed at in Sebastapol. We normally wake up with pain and tossing all night. We slept like babies and woke up with no pain in our bodies. Thank you for making an amazing product!

I was having a lot of back pain in our old bed and since switch to the Mint I haven't noticed a big difference. I was super excited to get the mint mattress but I think I was a little shocked at how hard it was. I have back pain and was hoping the Mint would provide enough cushion to relieve my back pain but it does not.
