The tuft&needle Matress pillows and sheets were very nice with no smell or problems. On the other hand, the protector had a chemical smell once opened but it dissipated after 36 hours.

Recommended by a friend who owns one. Said it was the best he had ever sleep on. He experienced his first time on his sons who owns two. Love the pillows as well. What better way to protect it but with the mattress protector made for it. We absolutely love ours. Well done Tuft & Needle.

Still trying to adjust to the mattress, as it is more firm that I like. Hoping it will break in over the next several weeks or I will need to return it. In terms of the company itself, so far the customer service has been outstanding, the mattress seems very well constructed, so I will be very disappointed if I have to return the mattress. Here's hoping!
