have not slept as well as expected. No memory foam top to make it a little softer on top and for the first time i sweat on my back and so may have to take advantage of the money back guarantee but trying to give it a little more time

The service is great, the packaging and shipping is fast and easy but the mattress might be too soft for me because I am heavy in the middle and sink in too far in that area.

The mattress is a little too firm. I thought that would subsides after sleeping on it for a few weeks, but it has not.

I would go with a 10 but they don’t offer to pick up your mattress like some other companies. However, the mattress is extremely comfy and good quality!
