More of a down grade than an up grade

A little history, I got the original mattress about 4 years ago as a queen, bought it, loved never had any issues, when I got married had kids we finally wanted up to upgrade our furniture. We do we upgraded to a king so we needed a new mattress. First we got the nectar, hated it, returned it. Well then we got this one thinking, this has to be just as good if not better than the one we Already had in the queen. We were so wrong. Don’t get need wrong the build quality is great but I thought he maybe we just needed to break in the mattress a little. Well we missed the hundred day return and now we’re a year in with a mattress that leaves us in so much pain when we wake up we can’t even get up out of bed to get away from it. We’ve had no other choice but to down size and I have to fight for space on the bed because Amy wife and son kick me off. I’m just super disappointed because we spent so much money to get something that’s is near the comfort of their original product. To put this in perspective the original never had any back problems at all, the mint I wake up almost in tears cause my back hurts so freaking much. If you don’t want something as stiff as a plank don’t get this. Do yourself a favor be cheap and get the original. I wouldn’t even dare get the hybrid in fear of it being even worse on my back than the mint.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Well we’ve only slept on this for four nights but I can tell you for sure that we are in love with this mattress. My husband and I have talked for years about getting a king size bed, and we finally did it. Previous to this we had a queen size Sleep Number bed for many years and it was just wearing out. We have pets that sleep with us and our bed space was getting smaller and smaller. My niece & husband have the Original T&N king bed and rave about it, so we bought the Mint. When it arrived, I was concerned that it would be too soft, but we have had excellent night’s sleep & several naps. Nothing hurts when we wake up!! Before, I would toss & turn all night, and now I might change positions once during the night. I have fibromyalgia, and OA in my knees and I haven’t even had to sleep with extra support pillows around me. We also purchased the pillows (LOVE), mattress pad & percale sheets. I hope this mattress holds up and that we love it for many years.

Exactly what I was looking for! I had my doubts until I slept on this mattress, it supports my whole spine with the right amount of firmness… I’m a side sleeper that wakes up with aching hips, this has helped SOOOO much! It’s the right amount of firmness, exactly where I need it!

I was hesitant with going for a mattress in a box but we took a chance with this one after reading through numerous reviews of multiple brands online. We (both average size, one side sleeper and one back sleeper) are very happy with this mattress and the box spring. We had previously been sleeping on a soft queen size mattress and would wake each other up from rolling around, getting up at night, or crowding each other. I was also hesitant going from a soft mattress to firm, especially seeing some reviews that said this one was too firm, but I have not found it to be too firm and in fact it’s very comfortable, and my favorite part is that there is almost no transference of motion! When we first tried it, I was genuinely surprised that I did not move at all while I was laying down when my partner got onto the bed. I also did not notice any smell from the mattress and unpacking it was easy, though it’s admittedly very heavy in the box. The box spring was also easy to assemble and feels very sturdy. Overall, extremely glad to have this mattress, we’ve both been sleeping much better for the 2 months we’ve had it and have no complaints.

Great mattress

I didn’t just sleep on a Tuft & Needle mattress—I ascended. This isn’t a bed; it’s a celestial launchpad to REM nirvana. The foam hugs you like it’s been waiting your whole life. My spine, once a bag of angry Rice Krispies, now rests like royalty. It’s firm yet forgiving, cool as a mountain breeze, and somehow knows exactly where I need support—like a psychic marshmallow with a PhD in comfort. I now cancel plans just to lie down. I brag about sleep. I dream in 4K. If your mattress isn’t Tuft & Needle, I’m genuinely sorry. You’re still in the Stone Age while I’m floating through the cosmos on a foam throne.

We really needed a new bed...it was past due.....both of us waking up with new and exciting aches and pains most mornings had finally reached a breaking point. The reviews for the Mint were enough to win us over. It exceeds all my expectations. I'm sleeping better and feeling better...even my jacked up shoulders hurt way less than normal and I don't even know why!

6 Months In - So Far, So Good!

We deliberated like crazy over a variety of mattresses including all of the main “bed in a box” competitors. I even went to the lengths of messaging strangers on Twitter that had posted about getting the Mint years back, asking for their updated reviews.
In short, the Mint mattress has been ridiculously comfortable and I find that I sleep better and awaken more well-rested than I ever have. My wife likes it, as well, though maybe not quite as much as me. I once had a noticeable and irritating nerve flare up in my back that’s seemingly gone away after months of sleeping on a supportive mattress.
Given the value, the comfort and the supreme customer service you’ll receive from T&N, making this purchase should be a no-brainer.
