Comfort and support. Would not recommend pillows as they do not have good support and lose their loft and retain heat.

It's incredibly comfortable. I don't wake up with the body pain that I did with my old mattress. The only "bad thing" is, I never want to get out of it in the morning.

I like how the mattress supports pressure points and is resilient but also is a comfortably firm.

Ive only been sleeping on it for about 2 weeks now, and I was using a similar mattress before. I'm changing because I'm looking for a mattress that is cooler than my present one. The Tuft & Needle seems to be cooler.
