The boxes are unbelievably heavy. I am 6'2' 210lbs and played football in college -- could barely get the king size box up the steps with the help of my wife. Maybe offer a more comprehensive delivery experience given the cost of the product? Might also consider offering box springs as part of the purchasing process?
