Mattress was exceedingly firm. The 2" mattress topper that was sent helped quite a bit. However it was still too stiff for us. To be fair I have scoliosis so I'm a difficult customer to please. But my wife, who does not have scoliosis had the same issues.

Mattress is too hard. I also purchased the pillow and it’s too full with no way to remove stuffing.
