The bed is incredibly comfortable!

The mattress was beyond our expectations. Better than the foam mattresses at expensive mattress stores. We wonder why we didn’t buy a new mattress sooner.

Mattress and pillows are beyond expectations, I was a feather pillow guy while my gal preferred firm pillows, and we are both happy with our T&N setup :)

The mattress protector is strong, durable yet lightweight and isn’t loud or crinkly. It’s the perfect protector for my Tuft & Needle mattress.

So far it has been fine but I've only raised it twice and used it a few weeks so I'm not sure on the durability over time. I haven't tried the mattress with any other protector to see if there is a difference between brands.
