We actually went to the Gilbert showroom to be sure a T&N mattress was what we wanted. It was a quick, easy visit. The sales person was very pleasant and answered all of our questions. Also impressed with the fact we have 100 days to use the mattress and decide if we wish to keep it. Delivery was quick and setup very easy. By the way, so far, we are extremely happy with our king mattress!

They are constantly wrinkly, the only way to get them smooth is to iron them. I also don’t find them particularly comfortable for the price. Overall the best quality they have is how well they fit the mattress.

love our mattress so much! we've never slept better. Right mix of soft yet supportive. And customer service and website are easy to use- overall just super happy!

We will probably return mattress. Have given it a few weeks and are not sleeping comfortably....either of us.
