Incredibly comfortable, but the edges could be a bit more sturdy. My dog has fallen off the bed twice. That never happened with my old mattress.

I love our new mattress! Firm and supportive, but not uncomfortable in the least bit. I can tell that my quality of sleep has improved dramatically. (And honestly, the best customer service I’ve ever received.) Highly recommend!

This bed appears well made, however it is much too soft for me and my partner. We woke up every morning with back pain and ended up returning the mattress. I would rate it as a soft mattress. I would not recommend this mattress to anyone who like a firm mattress.

The mattress was easy to unroll, let breathe, and get on the bed. There is no scent and the antimicrobial cover is lovely. It seems very effective. Unfortunately, it's not as comfortable as I hoped. The mattress is definitely on the softer side of firm and, as I am a stomach sleeper, it bows in at my hips and chest enough that it's put pressure on my shoulder and lower back to the point of being painful to sleep. I'm trying to let it adjust, but I wouldn't recommend it for people who are strictly stomach sleepers and accustomed to a firm mattress. This is not near firm.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the mattress. It was well packaged and puffed right up in the 2-3 hours like they said. Was able to sleep on it first night. It does need a little breaking in but it was comfy from DAY 1.

We have had this mattress (box support and mattress cover) for a month and it is just wonderful. My spouse is heavy (290 lbs) and this mattress keeps us each well supported. It is surprisingly good at keeping any movement on the bed from affecting the other sleeper. We have two dogs and a cat who join us and everyone sleeps very well! Note - the mattress is very heavy and that helps keep it in place but moving up to our bedroom was an exercise.
