I had a problem with my first mattress, sent some pictures and support shipped a new one to me immediately. also they were very friendly.

I have chronic neck pain and issues sleeping due to some injuries from a number of years ago. I bought the MINT mattress and the T&N pillow and I have had 0 pain since.

The mattress is much firmer than expected and after testing in the showroom. We are getting used to it slowly. Back hurts a little, but we will see.
