My husband and I loved the "mattress stores are greedy" billboards. It intrigued us enough to investigate your website and information. The details convinced us to purchase a Tuft & Needle mattress as well as pillows. We love them! We haven't slept this well in years.

Tuft & Needle Mint is a very comfortable mattress. It’s very hard to get out of bed since it is extremely comfortable!

I like a really firm mattress and my husband likes soft mattresses. This is the ONLY mattress we've ever felt fit both of our needs. We both wake up with no back pain. We've already told our friends about the mattress and two of them purchased one. It is also nice that you have the California King option. My husband is 6'4" and still growing. It's the only mattress that has ever been long enough for him :)

It is very comfortable and seems to be helping my back pain.
The product is as described online.
The ordering and delivery processes were simple, except that the box was heavier than I expected and I had to get help to move it into the bedroom.
It seems to be somewhat cooler than my old-style mattress.
I expect that it will have a long useful life.
