I'm still figuring out if it's a good mattress for me and my husband. Sometimes my back is sore or doesn't seem to get the right support. That coupled with the hassle of figuring out where to take my old mattress put me at a 6.

My wife loves the bed. I am still getting used to it. It is a bit firm for me. We are currently using it with a boxspring, so I want to try it with a platform bed.

Purchase process was very easy and straight forward; communication about how to open/use the mattress was also very straight forward; the mattress has been super comfortable so far. In sum: expectations met, if not exceeded.

The mattress is like a Tempur-Pedic I had a few years ago but without the huge price tag.....we love it!
