I love my mattress, and the purchasing and shipping process was excellent! The mattress did't have any strong chemical smells (at least to me) when I opened it, and it's amazingly comfortable!

It is a good mattress and seems to have a positive effect on my back which I have had problems with, but right now it is still new. I would recommend it to others.
