I did a lot of research before I decided what mattress to buy. Tuft & Needle won me over with their video. Two men wanted to develop a product that could make a difference in your life and at a fair price. A product that was not a bunch of gimmicks, it’s the real deal. From night one my husband and I have been very happy with our mattress. We ordered a King Mint mattress and have nicknamed it “a slice of heaven”.

The mattress is cool, firm with support but soft at the same time. We wake up refreshed and with out body aches. Love it!

The service is great, the packaging and shipping is fast and easy but the mattress might be too soft for me because I am heavy in the middle and sink in too far in that area.

Haven't used our new Mint mattress long enough to go for a ten but may get there. You should wait longer before asking this question, imo.

I am a side sleeper and it is a bit firm to me. My shoulder is not comfortable sonetimes. My spouse is very satisfied though.
