Mattress was firmer than we liked. We ended up putting a mattress topper on it to get the feel we wanted.

I appreciate how soft the bedding is, how cool I sleep at night, and how supportive the mattress is without being extremely firm. I recently had neck surgery, and I went out on a wing and a prayer when I bought this mattress. I am truly thankful that I did. I notice a huge difference in the quality of sleep that I am getting. I am very happy with my purchase.
