Did TONS of research on a new mattress. Ended with T&N because of the great reviews. Ended up ordering a Mint mattress and it was only ok to be honest. I found it a bit too firm and didn't sleep well on it. Company was very responsive to my concerns and took care of me immediately. To keep a long story short - very satisfied customer now and sleeping great. Would most definitely recommend T&N to anyone.
So comfortable! I have lower back issues and can’t normally sleep on my stomach, but I awoke the other morning on my belly with no lower back pain at all!
We bought our king Mint mattress a few weeks ago, replacing an old innerspring plush mattress. We love 90% of this mattress. It's very comfortable, for back/side/stomach sleepers (I sleep on my back and side, my husband sleeps on his stomach/side/back). I also have very bad arthritis. This mattress is a little more on the softer side in my opinion . Very little motion transfer when either of us move or get out of bed (both of us are of average weight, 130 and 190). There also wasn't a long gassing off period, and it got to size quickly. It comes in a box and it is heavy (fedex package said roughly 100 lbs) so if you get a king like we did, you may need 2 people to get it in place.
There are two things that we aren't fond of:
1) The mattress sleeps hot. I have an autoimmune condition and I am usually freezing, however with this mattress I have woke up in the middle of the night sweating on more than one occasion. My husband sleeps hot and he's having a hard time adjusting to it. We've had to bump the AC down where we live and it's not even summer, which worries me for the 100 degree summer and fall we have coming.
2) The edges aren't very firm. You can sit on them without sliding off but they definitely have less support to them.
Overall it's a solid mattress right now. I hope it holds up to time.
