Nothing really. Just do not know enough about other similar brands to only recommend Tuft and Needle. I am overall, fairly pleased thus far but it has only been about 3 weeks so time will tell.

It's awesome! I noticed that I tend to turn a lot throughout the night. The Mint offers support and comfort no matter which way I am sleeping. I haven't had any back pains in the morning since sleeping on my Mint mattress.
