The bed is very comfortable and it was such a quick easy process to purchase. We also really liked the showroom in Scottsdale AZ.

It's too firm. We asked for a topper but were told we could not have one unless we've had the mattress for 2-3 weeks. I'll be checking back once we hit the 2 weeks so I can sleep better, as it's currently much to firm for us.

My husband and I both prefer mattresses on the more firm side, and this mattress is perfect. Also it is the most comfortable mattress I have had for being a side sleeper. My shoulder never felt pinched or smashed in any way. Love the mattress.
